Meisner Technique

One of the most exciting ways of approaching a character as developed by one of the Group Theatre’s pioneers, Sanford Meisner. This technique stimulates an actor’s imagination, to perform as realistically as possible under certain given circumstances. You will learn to trust your instinct and provoke emotional feedback from your fellow performers. As Meisner once said,  "Acting is living truthfully under imaginary circumstances".
