Stage Acting

All the world’s a stage, and at The Film and Stage Studio, we are your world. This class is for anyone who wishes to learn the basics, or to polish their acting skills when performing in a play. You will explore classical and contemporary texts, learn how to mine the words and the subtext until you get an idea of who your character is and what their objectives are. You will learn how to do your research when first getting offered a part, and teach you how to start building a character that is identifiable and relatable to the audience.
